I'm not saying I agree with it........But Frivolous lawsuits and trumped up charges aren't exactly new you know.
Look at that St. Louis Pitcher who got killed recently. He was drunk and smashed his car into a tow truck.....his family is suing the guy who broke down because he caused the tow truck to be "In the Way".....So make room for those monkeys because they may be sprouting wings
