I was going to bring that up. His father wanted to sue everyone from the bartender who served him, the bar owner, the cell phone company (I kid you not - he was on the phone when he crashed), the tow truck driver and the woman who was broken down. Recently, he dropped the suit. He probably came to his senses and realized that it was his son's fault. Unfortunately, we live in a litigious world where it is always someone's fault and the person who feels like they were wronged expects to get money for their "pain and suffering". What a bunch of lazy pieces of feces we are surrounded by.
