OK, I got this fishing calendar, every day it gives you a little fishing tip, quotes, and/or trivia. For today November 26:

In 1879, 435 striped bass fingerlings survived the trip across the United States from their natal East Coast. By 1900, the commercial catch of striped bass on the West Coast topped 1,250,000 pounds.
