I can't find a manual bail or bail less conversion for my 6500SS anywhere. One shop "never heard of one"
, another said they had them and when I went all the way up there, they tried to send me a 706Z. I can't find a stinking one on the net either. I'm just gonna chop that stuck off with the dremel. Should I trim it right up to the roller or should I leave a little bit of the bail? I'm thinking that if I trim it all off, it will be easier to get the line off the roller to cast. But I'm thinking if I leave little bit on, It will be easier to get back onto the roller.
Any suggestions?
