I was coming in off Stellwagon bank yesterday around 5 PM and was met by a coast gaurd vessel just off the mouth of the Merrimac. I thought I was up for another boarding. He then told me that he had a sinking vessel up ahead and asked me to stay very clear. we looked ahead and saw the last 4 or 5 feet of a boat's bow sticking out of the water bobbing up and down. Anyone hear what happened to this one?
