Please tell me they're not doing THAT-- walking up to the shorefront houses & knocking & asking for a bathroom??
Can you hear that sound?-- the sound of calls to the P.D. asking "why are fishermen allowed on OUR shoreline??
I used to be SO for public access to all shorelines... now in my wise "old" age I'm SO against it! I don't want to fish next to the "public" anyway selfishly...
And die- hards that travel stealthily through the night know, "where there's a will... there's a way!"
And these idiotic bucket- guys/ litterers are much like the Cows we seek: they don't want to move much nor work too hard to catch their share of little fishes for a meal!
