big lunch @ 2:00 usually allows me to skip dinner and munch on a couple of granola bars during the hour ride to the water
ups and down with weight for me
put on 15 during the winter
loose it in the summer during fishing season
i might have even lost it in one trip to cutty this june
biggest thing is legs and ankles get stronger during fishing season from hopping rocks
first two times on the rocks for the year, the next day was a little tender on the ankles
