The Pt. Jude tin sand eel has worked well for me in teh past. I also bought some of the Tsunami sand eel imitations, and they look great. They are a dead ringer for the reel thing and have pretty good action in the water. Unfortunately, I can't comment on how they catch because I've only tried them once and there was too much weed in the water.
