Christain, I used to use to cut up the blues for the freezer and I got tired of the mess it made so one day I decided to freeze the blues whole and chop them up with my logsplitter after they are frozen solid
ZERO mess and fast too! , run them through sideways chop chop chop pieces fall right in to a bucket, then they go right back in the freezer, the neighbor is still shaking her head
