Hooked your right,but I,m not sure about the state, I know NC was doing a number as well as the beach netters in NY//

Not many people know & proably no pictures available but around the same time they did the same thing around Sakonnet, RI but was schoolies from the traps/////////////////////

Nothing like catch & RELEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
