They tend to be high priced twice sold but Ryan makes his plugs to catch fish and they do very well at that. Everyone says he is an artist, myself included, but he is also a very thinking fisherman who spends much time getting his plugs to swim just so. He also consults with the Striped Bass on how they feel about his plugs
