Last year, the parking garage charged a flat $12 "Event Parking" fee when you entered, and everything went as smooth as glass leaving.
But, people bitched about the $12 fee, so this year they went to hourly rates and created the biggest fuster-cluck anyone ever saw.
I hope the guys who bitched at the extra $3 last year liked waiting 45 minutes to get out--I sure didn't
