I've seen bait at night get coralled and attacked by schools of fish. 8 - 10 attacks at a time. That's NOT what I mean.
I'm referring to at least 100 yds by 100 yds of "wall to wall carpet". Do they attack in these numbers during the weewee (not you Ben) hours of the night??
I would think the ONLY way to actually witness this would be from a boat - I don't think you can really see really 100yds X 100yds from shore at night, but in a boat...you'd probably have a better chance, and you'd have to be right in the middle of it all...otherwise how could really see the actual size of it right? It would still be a guess-timate....but that's the type of Blitz I'm talking about.
Do these types happen at night or are they triggered more during day-light, dusk, and dawn hours?? Obviously fish feed at night but I'm wondering if anyone has seen the type of blitzing I described above.
Sorry if it seems like I'm asking the same question again....I just don't think I was clear the first time.
