this discussion goes down the same road as the rec vs comm Striper debate. I spent tons of cash in my trips to the area this year..... probably $2k (or more). all to catch 6 fish, only 3 of wich were retained... it becomes part of the tourism industry, as much as the fishing industry for the area.
who provides/derives the most benefit? who deserves to have their quota/fishery protected???
