had the distingt displeasure of dealing with the customer service department of my bank and paypal. it seems all c/s depts are in india. these people have very heavy and hard to understand accents and seem to work with scripts and are easily confused....try working with a confused person you can't understand
......unfreekin' real that our co's do this( and worse) to us in order to save some jack...as a country i'm afraid to say that we've learned to swallow! .........
