I got stuck with a dorsal spine in the thumb once by a wee striper . It seems the little ones you are letting go and trying to save hurt you the most . It swelled up and got all red for 2 weeks. It was very painful but nothing drained,it was just swollen and red and hurt for 2 weeks then it got better ...so will you.
