eBay is a market driven by personal desire and responsibility. If a person is willing to pay whatever for whatever, it's his choice and his consequences. You have every right to sell what is legally yours, and the person has every right to legally buy whatever it is, if they want it. so why not sell unless you have some type of moral objection to ebay, or it goes against your economic philosophy.
