To be more specific, if their name isn't on a rental agreement or mortgage they are considered homeless. Going to college isn't considered homeless.. I'm not saying there isn't a problem but I want to know more about where they get the numbers and what they define as "homeless."
The VA has lots of great programs that are actually getting used more than ever before. I think it is because more veterans are better informed of what the VA and other organizations offer.
