Sqyibby - I've skied both Jackson Hole and Big Sky and they're both great mountains. Not far from Jackson Hole and not to be overlooked is Grand Targee, a great powder mountain, which is near Jackson Hole. Head south through the gap to Driggs, Idaho, and into the Tetons. I'm actually doing a day at Grand Targhee too. It does have a great reputation and I'm going in late February which should be about as safe of a bet snow wise as you could ask for.
