Sleep Apnea part 2

A few of you know that I have a mild case of Apnea. I've had my deviated septum fixed, and it helped me breathe alot more through my nose, but I am still snoring like a forest full of lumberjacks. I can't get used to sleeping with the mask. Well I heard about a special pillow designed by someone who specializes in apnea. I did some research, being the sceptic that I am, and I was not convinced that this thing would work. Well last week I was at the mall with my wife and daughter, and happened upon a Brookstone cart. I saw the pillow, and said to myself, I should try this what do I have to lose. So I bought the pillow at a rather steep 129.00. That night as I went to bed I read the instructions, and slept onthe pillow. The first couple of nights were rough, cause of the shape and thickness o the pillow. I tossed and turned, and even got a little bit of a sore neck, It's been a week now, and I am used to the pillow, and the bonis is my wife said I am not snoring like a bear. She has heard a couple of snorts, but I am not stopping beathing, and she can now sleep next to me.

This was the best 129.00 I have spent, and I hope the pillow continues to work for me.

The pillow is called the Sona Pillow.
