Nice idea, but I think you have lip issues there. Start with the lip slot in the middle, cut it deeper so the lip will sit flush against the plug, mark where you want the wire hole to exit..........high dives deeper, low runs shallow. Ignore me if you already knew that and are just trying something different. Thanks for showing them.
