I'll have to look, but I think that I still have some chafing dishes and pans from a previous party or two. I also have 4 or 5 shallow hotel pans for food if you need them. Pm me for any other details.
Thought I would make this "one plate meal" creation of mine that includes swt.ital.sausages, yukon golds, garlic, onions, stewed tom's, herbs, and wilted spinate to finish? Will bring some fresh bread to compliment the dish and it can be cooked ahead to be reheated.
