I ate some spagetthi last night with sauce.. (no meat) and a nice salad.... The spaghetti wasnt whole grain so I feel like I cheated.

I shall punish myself at the gym tonight..

Gonna make a nice fresh ministrone this weekend.. mmmnnmm
