I think I'd rather win the lotto......Think about it,more people win the lottery than the world record bass and they seem to avoid all of the crap that comes with it.
I guess now a day's there are so many in's & out's to avoid public Bull crap of winning the lottery there must be a way for a world record bass histaria?

when some one cathes the new world record one would naturaly want some kind of recognition of the situation but not the pitfalls of it,like Al McRenolds,we all know what happened to him.....The poor mans life was turned up side down for catching a record fish.........Something he love'd to do and he got punished for it.
It's a good question/thread here,what would one do,the new record,my thought's,I guess is hire a lawyer and take it from there
let them take the simple glorified fun out of catching a once in a life time fish.
