As a financial professional, I can advise you NEVER to buy penny stocks. It's simply bad idea jeans for many of the reasons listed above. The only appropriate allocation towards penny stocks is money you would have otherwise brought to Foxwoods. Any money set aside for retirement, college, and the like should be put into a safer arena. Unless you have a Nasdaq Level II terminal, have no job, and sit in front of it all day, I think you'd be eaten alive by the OTC traders.
