It was the media and talking heads that wore out all those greatest team in history and Tom being the greatest QB in history rhetoric. Made me sick too. I got tired of hearing it. I like modest people, not braggers. They never went around claiming any of that crap. They tried to avoid the questions every time I heard them asked. Whether they thought that stuff was true in their own heads and locker room who knows, only human nature they probably did but with all the hype for so many weeks by the sports media world jacking up all the previous great teams and players, it is only natural that they all have turned on them and claim them to be failures and lossers and such, which they are, but not to the extent of a wasted season, IMO. The press loves loser stories and anything negative and now they have buried them. Oh well. A bad devastating loss no doubt but to say they didn't accomplish anything this year is a crock. A pretty almost impossible job to pull off and they almost did. One interception or dropped jump ball and they are singing another tune. They lost and that is the bottom line,but a wasted season I disagree. I am officially over it now. Congrats to the Giants and hope top see them next year same time, same place.
