I had to use Drylock a couple of years ago on my concrete foundation during a big winter rainstorm. The seal around the water line into my house gave way and groundwater was coming in pretty fast. The Drylock worked like a charm and I haven't had any water since. I cant' speak to how it would work on stone, but if I remember correctly it works on lots of different materials. I also used it where my bulkhead meets the concrete foundation and it created a good seal between the metal and the concrete. Just make sure you are applying it when there is an active leak as it only works when the area you are sealing is already wet.
