If the seller doesn't have this exact product then yes he is a scum and I thank Dave for posting this so people are aware and don't get scammed, but no one knows that yet.
If he does have it then I still don't see the problem. OK maybe it is against ebay policy. Maybe he doesn't have a camera.
No I am not selling the needles. I would fish them if I had them, not try to make a quick profit.
It is not copyright infringement if the photo isn't copyrighted from the photo taker. Publish or perrish....this is why sometimes you see a silouette of the selling company in the photo, then you really can't copy it.
Many times you see someone selling a new fishing reel NIB but use the stock photo from the online catalog with all the reel description
right off the manufacturers sight. Same same.
