Hello, new poster here.

Does anyone have any reviews of the 10 foot St. Croix Avid Spin rod 1-4 oz 2 piece. I am wondering if this is good match for bombers, eels, and 2-3 oz wood lures? Is the Cabo 40 too small for this rod or is the Cabo 50/60 too big? Is the Avid that much better than the premier and does it compare to equivalent Ron Arra Lami specs (3/4 - 2.5 oz)? Also, will MSBA show have any deels or is the price pretty-much the same everywhere for St. Croix and Lami's?
