Welcome aboard KK. Any paint will do as long as it adheres to the base. I don't think I would use Createx on plastic without a proper base coat. If you paint decoys you can use any paint on hand. The final finish is the most important part of the process. A good epoxy is called for. Do a search on this site using the search feature on the band across the page under the banner.
