hey Swimmer

to drop 50 lbs.

the secret is in exercising your back muscles and leg your muscles getting a workout (walking will do fine )
not your belly muscles to increase your metabolism which will burn away fat...

also not going to sleep on your heaviest or largest meal of the day
is a great way to give your body additional time to burn it off before retiring
and the added benefit is that you'll sleep better with out trying to digest a big meal
and subsequently also be trying to go to sleep.

so cheer up! it's not as hard as you think... get back to gardening too
because technically thats the best exercise of all.... just don't try to do it all in one day
like i tend to do, is the important thing.
as thats a recipe for disaster... !

and i'm glad you guys were amused....trying to send out some laughter
and merriment to chase away the winter time blues is my JOB here at S-B

i just enjoy doing it with pictures as it lends itself to my over abundance of creativity.
I hope to apply that soon to plug building just for fun.
