Here's a little story about .........a guy who kept buying shares in a thinly traded otc company. Every time he bought the stock it went up. Finally after "making" a 500% profit with his shrewd investing skills he decided to take some profits. He called his broker and asked if he'd sell half his holdings. His broker replied, "I can't, you were the only one buying the stock!"

From what I read about WTER it is nothing but a shell at this point, with no revenues or marketable product.
