Neat. Top's a bootleg, bottom a surface swimmer, and the middle two yours? Flap has some Bassmaster's he swears by that are shaped very much like yours. The extra buoyancy probably keeps it pivoting as you are forced to swim it faster in current. A smaller lip and higher line tie may be worth trying as well. Not a big fan of the bootleg shape although it casts well and works OK in longer plugs (like 8"). Shorter ones seem to swim more like a Rebel than a Danny. Nice to see you back building.
