Bottom paint discussion

My current plan; having the yard strip all bottom paint off 1993 Grady209 Escape, a 20 footer. Apply barrier coat, an epoxy to prevent water intrusion. (It will also repair blisters, if any are uncovered) Apply a blue colored contrast coat of ??? A copolymer paint? I want to finish with 2-3 coats of Micron CSC in black. This is a copolymer ablative that should last more than a year with touch ups where the ablative topcoat has worn off, showing the blue undercoat. Do I use Micron CSC for the blue undercoat??? What are the prices per foot you are seeing for any of the above?

Any input appreciated.

For those that are unfamiliar, the ablative paints work by wearing off, like a bar of soap, and they don't give you the build up of paint.
