Professor......I just found out I am also in the market for tires. (or tire)

Went to the boat today to find one tire flat to the point the bead seal is gone. The tire looks cracked too.

I'm guessing its junk.

I just need to get into the water, cause I'm in a slip anyway. I'm hopin I can get by with used one for this season. I think its new trailer time so i don't want to put much $$ into this old rust bucket. Its a 1995 so 14 seasons ain't too bad.
