I do this for a living. You want to be able to record this on a DVR and burn to disk for the cops. It's a little pricey. I'll PM you. We set up DVR systems on most of our new construction jobs. Clients can log on to a static IP address from anywhere and remotely access. Also, you want a day/night camera with good resolution or you won't be able to make out the person.
