A member on this board and good friend had his Nissan Titan stolen today from the Price Chopper parking lot in Putnam CT.
his name is Eric LaFleur ( ESL on this board) I am sure you have heard me mention him.
He had spent the day down here on the Cape fishing and was on his way home this afternoon to Woodstock CT, where he lives. He had a Loomis 8-1/2 2 piece rod and a 8 foot Tidemaster spinning rod with a Shimano reel ( the white one) on it locked in his truck along with his new waders, plug boxes and tool box and cell phone.
It's a full size four door Nissan Titan champagne gold with a custom four tube rod rack on the front with Sandy Neck and P-Town stickers (current) on it. No cap.
If anyone sees or hears of either rod for sale or sees the truck please contact the Putnam CT. Police Dept.
Dirty no good bastards! And yes it was locked.
