My brother in Hull is trying to decide weather to rent a slip at A street or can he buy one on Spinnaker Island and pay a small yearly fee like we've heard? I feel buy, you can get the base price back when you sell and the yearly fee is cheap mooring for a season. Besides the fact that I'm spoiled and like spending his money on a slip.
