It's all good. A lot of brokers give the business a bad name. However, I'm a complex strategy, plannning, and mortgage guy. I don't handle the actual brokerage issues, and I agree that those that do are by and large what you describe. I do work in a top team at a street firm, but you'd never know it. Commission hungry sharks disgust me too.
