then the town was going to double the fee for the comm. trash haulers and they put such a stink that the town said ok..we'll just up the reg. folks dump fee's to make up the difference...

don't blame folks for making nite time dump runs...its fun calling the town to come pick up some trash...gets them off they a$$ and doing something for a change.
