I'm a huge guy, 5'7"
Seriously though, it fits me just right. The frame is a 17" frame, I spoke with a bike guy today who gave me the skinny. I looked for some info on the bike itself and found nothing, except some stickers that told me how dangerous biking could be, I could get killed on this thing!
