Cape - he did follow up with me pretty quickly, so maybe he just had some 6th sense that you are a miserable old fart or something
. He gave me the info for where it was donated to, I called them and they said that the place selling boats for them (auction probably) had just sold the boat. The impression I got was that I was both a month late talking to him and a week late talking to the donation place...
Oh well
- just my luck... He said that other than repowering, the boat was in excellent shape. The thread on the site said that it had twin 115s, one of which was blown. Would have been a great candidate for a modified savage:
