There is a gentleman who is at the Harwich Cranberry Fest each year that sells old nautical charts and will paint whatever you want onto them, fish, lighthouses, boats, you name it. My wife surprised me with one for my B Day a few years ago. She paid a good dollar for it too, maybe your Dad could pay for some bait that way?!
