I cut my food intake way down, I mean I eat about a quarter what I used to and I eat clean: turkey, tuna, salads etc. I try to drink water only, I do have my coffee in the am though. I try to exersize 3-4 days a week. Oh,and No alcohol.....
This book helped me learn to eat right.
