omg. How was no one hurt. It looked like the cement went right on the guys head. I can see how that could happen. 2am rushing to get down to the canal, need money for coffee and mountain dew. bam. I cant tell you how many time I almost went straight thru the lights at first exit over the sagamore at 2am.
