I've had both good and bad luck with URI #2. Good luck when the bag was fresh and bad luck after a couple of years. The advantage to URI #2 is it has red fescue in it and that can tolerate the heat or so I am told. If you know someone with cows or horse and can sweep out the hay storage area that seed is actually the best. It may have quite a bit of clover, but at least it's green.
