...no more. I bought a Pure Sleep mouth guard, it's like the ones that you used when you played sports in high school. Well it came I put it together, and fit it to my mouth. This thing works. There is a little bit of getting used to it, but my wife says I haven't snored since I started using it, and she is no longer using earplugs.
