Thumbs down

Arras suck, they have always had to be handled with kid gloves and there is and was always the thought that this thing is a time bomb that could blow any minute, the history of that series of blanks prioves out that fact. I ve personally seen at least a 1/2 dozen blow up on different guys while fishing.

Just that experience always kept me away from them, imagine being on the beach, you just walked several miles from a parking lot, you find fish, thier willing, you land a couple, your buddy lands a couple it's a hit each time your offering lands in the water and blam! Your next cast your precious Arra blows up. Thats a comforting thought isn't it?

It was enough to disuade me. Ive got a couple lami blanks that I beat the snot out of, one GLB1081M is over 25 years old and it still reacts like the day I built it and it has cuaght 1000's of bass of all sizes. The Arra series has issues and is not trustworthy.

No wonder Lamiglas is pushing this new series.

Like BigFish Larry said, move on, there are better blanks out there.

Youn may fire when ready.

Why even try.........
