Hi I make those jigs for myself and I sell some as well. The easiest way to do it and it's pretty cheap is to buy some aluminum tubing eith 1/2 or 5/8" and get the polished stuff. Then just stand the tube on a cement pad and hold with a welding glove or several layers of non flamable cloth. you pour the lead with a pointed ladle. and fill the tube. then cut on an angle I use my band saw with a matal blade. apply a nice stainless 10/0 split ring and I use the mustad 3549D 8/0 dressed with a pink hootchie skirt.
