I say we give them all the wheat they need, real cheap, that way they won't have to grow there own. Once they become dependent on Foriegn Wheat Then we creep the price up weekly by 10% a week until it is triple the price per Barrel er, um I mean per bushel

Then they will be forced to be careful how much bread they eat or be forced to make smaller loaves

Then we can back off the price 20% and they will think they are getting a bargain.
